Public speaking is a superpower

We all know public speaking is powerful, especially as entrepreneurs.

But most of us avoid it like the plague.

Whether pitching investors, leading your team, or posting a video – if your throat tightens, mind goes blank, or message lands flat... that hesitation isn’t just costing you confidence.

It’s costing you opportunity.

Most entrepreneurs obsess over product, marketing, and team…

But if you can’t clearly and confidently articulate your vision, you will hit a ceiling, fast.

Because investors don’t just fund ideas.

Clients don’t just buy offers.

They buy into you. Your voice. Your presence. Your conviction.

And that’s not just talent. It’s trainable.

This May, we’re offering something exciting: a chance to train with Richard Greene, speech coach to Presidents, Prime Ministers, and Hollywood’s elite, in person at the KINN.

Richard has taught communication at the highest levels, from BBC Masterclasses to TED stages and beyond.

And here, for four weeks, he’s teaching a small group of conscious entrepreneurs how to become magnetic, masterful speakers.

Over four evenings in Venice Beach, you’ll:

  • Break the fear loop that's limiting your speaking impact

  • Learn the 7 secrets of the world's greatest speakers

  • Practice live, get direct feedback, and refine your presence on stage

  • Discover how to command a room without needing to “perform”

And you’ll do it with a group of high-integrity peers who are also here to lead, not just talk.

“I learned more from Richard in 2 minutes than I did practicing for 22 years.” – Gavin Blakey, Past President, Toastmasters International

Here’s the week-by-week agenda:

  • Week One: Diagnostics and Storytelling

  • Week Two: Voice, Tone, Body Language, and Messaging

  • Week Three: The Communication Effectiveness Continuum and The Four Languages of Communication

  • Week Four: Authentic Passion and “Final Exam”

The course starts May 6th, runs Tuesday evenings at the KINN from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM (food will be included), and is limited to 15 participants.

We only have 4 spots left, so if it calls to you…

Talk soon,
